Verified brand websites can now see information about the number of followers that have pinned content from their web pages, the amount of impressions these posts generated and the number of people navigated from Pinterest to their sites because of these pins.

Pinterest stated in a blog post that Pinterest Web Analytics will give site owners insight into how many users engage their websites and then pin content to their personal boards. Pinterest wants to help companies understand which pieces of content people find most interesting.
