Will Facebook Offer “Weather Reports” About Changes to Its News Feed Algorithm?

Content marketers wonder how transparent the social media network will be in terms of a full-scale roll out after the upcoming algorithm changes especially with Facebook’s refurbished News Feed.

“Will Facebook tell marketers when new algorithm changes have been implemented?” This is the question posted by Facebook’s Graph Search and new News Feed while search technology often gets associated with sites like Bing and Google.

According to Barry Schwartz of, Grady Burnett, Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions for Facebook, said Facebook may offer marketers what they might call “weather reports” for News Feed algorithm updates.
